6. Data security
We take appropriate measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. To this end, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures that are continuously improved in line with technological developments (e.g. SSL/TLS encryption, access restriction, access controls, regular backups, two-factor authentication for administrative access). This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us via the contact form. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

To exercise such rights, please contact the contact point specified in section 1. A data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. However, you hereby acknowledge that the legal basis for the processing - depending on the circumstances and the applicable data protection law - may also lie in the performance of the contract, in the implementation of contractual or pre-contractual measures or in the protection of legitimate interests, provided that the applicable data protection provisions require such a legal basis at all.
9. Consent of third parties
If you are acting as an agent or otherwise in the name or on behalf of a third party or providing us with information about a third party, you hereby declare that you are an authorized representative or agent of such third party and/or that you have obtained all necessary consents (as may be required by applicable law) from such third parties for the collection, processing, use and disclosure of their personal data to us and/or by us and/or that you meet all other requirements under applicable law to allow us to process the relevant personal data of such third parties as agreed.

11. Final provisions
Should one or more provisions or parts of this privacy policy be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In the event of the invalidity or nullity of a provision, it shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid or null and void provision against which this data protection declaration is in breach.
