Traveling to South Korea, that was Xiomi’s dream. Combining the trip with work, was the brilliant idea: work-life balance, Xiomi-style.

Traveling to South Korea, for a really long time, was Xiomi’s dream. Combining that trip with his other passion, work, was also possible. He made sure of that himself. He planned the trip so that there are always coworking spaces nearby for squeezing in work whenever and wherever he happens to be. The only way the clients he serves will notice that Xiomi is having the time of his life is that he’s smiling just a touch more relaxed. «Do it with passion or not at all», we do not just say it: we mean it. We are glad that our employees are passionate about their work without forgetting their passion for other things, and it makes us proud. Because balancing all these passions is only possible when the whole team knows how to coordinate and plan well. Well, Epic Fusion brings it all together – even in South Korea.
