Two years, a thousand lessons learned, and zero desire to stand still. We have fused, cursed, celebrated, and are just really getting into our stride.

Two years ago, we set out to find nothing less than the Epic Fusion: the perfect union of the workplace and people.Of agile organization and individual freedom. Of IT efficiency and technological elegance. Between the present and the future. Between employees, teams, and companies – for ourselves and for our customers.
 

Our two-year company anniversary is a reason to celebrate, as we can look back on a truly rapid start. We have been able to grow our «Epic Fusion» concept into a full-fledged program, and the results speak for themselves: the program is a success. We see our growth in project volume, number of clients, and team size as proof of this and, of course, the positive feedback from our clients. It would be presumptuous to claim that we have always done everything right on every one of the past 700-plus days – no startup would seriously claim that. But from day one, we have embedded in our principles that we prioritize «progress over perfection» and «learn-it over know-it.» So we acted quickly, learned quickly, corrected quickly, and then acted again. Yes, we celebrate that as perhaps our greatest success. We see this approach to mastering change not only as a prerequisite for our own success, but also as one of the most important lessons for any company undergoing transformation. We are convinced that our mindset – how we handle our own rapid change – motivates our clients. Connecting people and motivation is another kind of «Epic Fusion» that we strive for.

We look back on challenging projects with our clients, whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts for their enthusiasm in working with us. We tip our hats to our entire team, which has evolved, grown rapidly, and consistently championed the idea behind Epic Fusion with impressive dedication. We recall a fundamental branding process after which we suddenly saw our company in all its dimensions lying right before us, almost tangible. We can hardly believe our eyes when we look out the windows of our newly occupied headquarters at zentroom in Bern. It is truly amazing what is possible in just two short years. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us, cheered us on, offered constructive criticism, been patient with us, helped build us up, and placed their trust in us – it means the world to us.

But as we celebrate our anniversary, we are also looking ahead to the new people who will enrich our team and our Advisory Board. We are excited about the fresh ideas and energy they will bring to Epic Fusion. We are eagerly anticipating the next developments in the world of New Work. We are looking forward to new projects, new partnerships, new markets, new technologies, and many new opportunities to «BRING IT ALL TOGETHER.»
