NerdioCon 2024: Sanche directly from Punta Cana

Okay, it is not quite that easy. It is actually a lot more complex, dynamic, and challenging. But we do not mind that at all. On the contrary: we love racking our brains, we love overcoming challenges, and we love learning new things all the time. That means: When the high-profile NerdioCon is organized in Punta Cana – 7,400 kilometers away from our headquarters as the crow flies – we have it on our radar right away. And when that conference focuses specifically on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop, and features none other than, for example, Erwin Visser, General Manager of Cloud Service Provider Strategy and Go-to-Market at Microsoft Americas, or Scott Manchester, Vice President of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, are sharing insights from their innovator’s playbook, then we are definitely there. Because when it comes to things like Microsoft’s new AI tool or developments in the Azure space, we want to be at the cutting edge. We need to be at least one step ahead. We are convinced that only by learning from the best and exchanging ideas with them can we ensure the technological excellence of our offerings – the very thing that sets us apart from the crowd.

By the way: When we say that we want to be there, we really mean it. This time, it was Co-CEO and founder Sanche Baskaran who headed to the Dominican Republic to gain new insights and make new contacts. And yes, also enjoyed a few extra days of summer. But that happened more by chance than as a preordained executive decision: Epic Fusion stands for maximum team spirit and informal collaboration among a wide variety of talents. Next time, someone else will probably be on the plane while Sanche holds down the fort here. And he will make sure that the Epic app is shut down in the evening and the Fusion valve is closed.
