The good news: That is exactly what we are built for.

The day was all about moving forward together. Within our individual teams, we took the time to break down the goals for 2026, set priorities, and clarify what that means in concrete terms for our daily work. The goal was to turn the overall strategy into tangible projects, leverage interdependencies effectively, and clearly define responsibilities.

Each team developed its own priorities – not theoretically, but pragmatically, realistically, and in a way that is actionable. The focus was not just on the what, but also on the how: How do we work together? How do we stay efficient? And how do we ensure we make an impact?
