X-MAS Event Frontier Firms: A Look Back at the Evening

The X-MAS «Frontier Firms» event on December 11 is now behind us. At our new office on the Novu Campus at Circle in Zurich, clients, partners, and interested parties who are actively engaged in the further development of their organizations came together. They arrived with great interest and a host of specific questions.This set the tone for the evening right from the start.

After last year’s focus on Copilot, we took things a step further this time. The presentations demonstrated how digital assistants, agents, and new ways of working are being used in practice, where they’re already adding value, and where questions remain. The focus was on experiences from projects and real-life examples from the past few months.

It also became clear that technological possibilities alone are not enough. Organization, collaboration, and role models played a central role in many presentations and served as a common thread throughout the evening.

The discussion continued between program segments and during the reception that followed. Conversations built directly on the presentations, personal experiences were shared, and topics were explored in greater depth.
