Epic Fusion with Céline Mabboux, Solution Enabler

There are people who need a compass to keep their bearings in the digital world. And then there are those who are the compass themselves. Céline Mabboux clearly belongs to the second category. Where others see only folder structures in M365 migrations, she recognizes paths, shortcuts, and above all: people who must not get lost along the way.

Before joining us, Céline guided large enterprises out of the labyrinthine depths of file servers and into modern cloud environments—patiently, methodically, and with the calm assurance of someone who knows that successful adoption has less to do with technology than with trust. She builds understanding, clears away obstacles, and immediately recognizes where teams are stuck. And that’s exactly what makes her someone we absolutely wanted on board at Epic Fusion.

Her background? A mix that suits us almost unbelievably well: many years of hands-on experience in the IT field, a bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics from the University of Fribourg, and a collection of Microsoft certifications that could easily be displayed as a small gallery of modern collaboration. In short: Céline knows what she’s doing. And she’d rather do it thoroughly than make a big fuss about it.

We particularly like her vision of the workplace of the future: flexible, hybrid, with mixed reality and VR integrated as a matter of course—but always with a focus on the people who will be using all of this. No hype, no buzzword bingo. Just a clear, pragmatic vision of the future.

By the way, Céline takes her personal motto—«Never stop working on yourself»—literally: Someone who renovates her own home, puts up drywall, and still finds energy between the construction site, craft time with her daughter, and photography has the kind of perseverance and determination we love at Epic Fusion.
