We are convinced that only an «Epic Fusion» makes companies more successful. And that happens during a shared journey where people, organizations, and technology merge. After all, that is what our name stands for. Technologically speaking, things are really taking off right now, to put it that way. Microsoft is developing its solutions at an incredible pace, and with AI, a new factor is coming into play that suddenly seems to make the previously impossible possible. In short, even we sometimes feel like things are moving at breakneck speed right now.
Admittedly, events like the Workplace Ninja Summit do not exactly help us shake that feeling. Here, the crème de la crème takes the stage to share the very latest innovations. But luckily, for us, it feels like a few days at the spa. Reason enough to be a Silver Sponsor of this fantastic summit, just like last year.
When Microsoft’s Christiaan Brinkhoff, Principal PM and Community Lead, outlines the roadmap for Windows 365 and AVD or offers a glimpse into the future of «Windows, AI, and the Cloud» in his keynote, even experts in the field cannot help but marvel at all the groundbreaking developments still to come.
A special focus at this year’s summit is on security. This is a topic that is also a top priority for our solutions. Ramya Chitrakar, Microsoft Corporate Vice President for Core Security Products, demonstrates in her presentation «Reimagine your security operations with a unified platform» just how seriously Microsoft takes its security strategy. Sami Laiho of Adminize Oy, in his presentation «Forward to the Past and Back to the Future,» provides insight into the current cybercrime threat landscape, making it clear why Microsoft invests so heavily in its security strategies and tools, and why security is a core element of our solutions.
Artificial intelligence is here to stay. Lothar Zeitler, Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, made this clear in his presentation «Seeing Through Data: A Purview into AI-Controlled Workflows.» AI also demonstrates its strengths when it comes to controlling, protecting, and managing data. Risk management and governance are major topics for our customers as well – alongside AI in general.
It is almost impossible to name all the fantastic presentations and best-in-class speakers here. Suffice it to say: Abidin, Florian, Sanche, and Xiomi are returning from Lucerne with their heads full of new ideas that we’ll use to make our solutions even better. Better for the people who work with them – better for the companies that become more successful as a result.
