That is why we place great importance on our Advisory Board, whose role is to advise us from various perspectives. In Stefanie Thommen, we have gained an exceptional individual, and we are extremely pleased about this.
Stefanie Thommen is by no means a newcomer to our industry. After earning her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, she began her career at Microsoft Switzerland in October 2015. After several years in product marketing, she now holds the position of Business Group Lead for Modern Work. This means she deals with strategic and operational issues related to the modern workplace – or rather, the workplace of the future – on a daily basis. Just like us. Her background at Microsoft is, of course, significant for us as a Microsoft Solution Partner, but her knowledge and her incredibly rapidly growing experience in the field of Modern Work were the deciding factors for us in wanting to bring Stefanie Thommen onto our Advisory Board – and she accepted. Naturally, we asked her what appeals to her about this role. We believe the essence of all her answers is this: she is so passionate about the opportunities and possibilities of new ways of working that she wants to use her role on our Advisory Board to spread the concepts behind them even faster and more widely through Epic Fusion and its customers. She sees «keeping up with the speed» as one of the major challenges associated with current trends in work design. Keeping pace with the speed of change. Not only on the part of developers, such as at Microsoft, but especially on the part of companies and their employees. The idea of working independently of time and location – also known as hybrid work – can only succeed if everyone can keep up. Stefanie Thommen will provide us with exciting insights into the workplace of the future, and we will share valuable insights from our practical work with our clients with her.
