Epic Fusion has never been just about technology. It is always been about people, culture, and collaboration. A lot has happened in recent months. We have grown and refined our approach – professionally, personally, and strategically. It is time to give this spirit a face. A face that shows what we stand for: passion that drives us forward, teamwork that brings us together, and focus that makes all the difference.
At the end of 2024, a new vision emerged: a visual playing field that shows where we want to go as a team. It brings together our vision, our roles, our dynamics, and above all, our values: teamwork, focus and passion. Since then, this image has guided us through our daily work: in discussions, when making decisions, and in meetings. It provides direction – visually, clearly, and to the point. A basketball court that symbolizes how we work: dynamically, in sync with one another, with drive. As we reflected on the vision together, expanded on it, and added to it, a new thought suddenly emerged: Something is still missing. Something that makes this energy tangible.
And then Flo said, «Somehow, we are missing a visualization of our values.» Not as a joke. But as a sincere suggestion. Something that symbolizes our values, how we think, what makes us tick, and what defines us.
So we gave it a try: we gathered ideas, visualized them with Copilot, and created different versions. Lots of nice designs, but nothing felt quite right. Too polished. Too contrived. Not wrong—but not us, either. And then Flo just drew something. Not for a presentation, not for marketing, but for the team. With paper, a pen, and a clear sense: “This is whatit could look like.” That’s how Firebolt came to be.
Firebolt is now part of the team. As our People & Culture Officer. It came about the way so many things do here: out of passion, as a team, with focus.

As a host, commentator, sidekick. Sometimes quiet, sometimes loud. But always authentic. What is next? Let yourself be surprised. But one thing is clear: It is going to be epic.
