If there’s one constant these days, it’s rapid change. This is especially true in the IT sector. To stay at the forefront, you need not only technical expertise but also a genuine passion for digital transformation. We immediately realized that Leandro Kübli, our new Business Consultant for Adoption & Change Management, brings both of these qualities in abundance. After completing his apprenticeship as a computer scientist specializing in application development, Leandro initially worked as a data analyst at a large corporation. But his passion for technology and his hunger for new challenges didn’t let him sit still for long. He soon began studying Business Informatics at the Higher Vocational School (HF) and earned various additional diplomas, including one in project management. He also took on the challenge of becoming a Service Manager—his most recent professional role to date. In this position, the young Microsoft 365 expert expanded his skills in application support and gained his first leadership experience.
Despite Leandro’s obvious potential as an IT specialist, it was ultimately a soft skill that tipped the scales: namely, the mature understanding that there is a person not only behind the customer but also behind himself, the “techie,” as well. For one thing, Leandro impressed us with his remarkable interest in—ultimately social—trends such as New Work, work-life blending, and workations. On the other hand, we were also struck by his helpfulness, his athleticism, and his thoughtful, calm demeanor. These qualities reflect a personality in which a passionate “techie” spirit and a hunger for innovation never become ends in themselves, but always remain focused on serving people.
