Abidin Vejseli completed his vocational apprenticeship as a computer scientist specializing in systems engineering and earned his vocational baccalaureate in the field of technology, architecture, and life sciences. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. He worked at BKW AG for nearly seven years—first as an Office 365 specialist and later as a systems engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), where he analyzed and optimized complex onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes within the company. Abidin stood out to us as a «Precision Powerhouse»—he works with passion and precision. He also knows how to take the needs of everyone involved seriously and integrate them into his solutions—in other words, even amid all the automation, he keeps people in mind. That’s exactly what matters to us. When he says that others could learn from his work ethic, we take him at his word. But he also emphasizes that one of his most important insights in the IT business has been that working nonstop doesn’t always lead to the fastest results. Yes, this attitude, too, makes him the perfect fit for the role of Automation Engineer.
