Epic Fusion with Ylenia Sieber, Brand Shaper

Written by Gaye Celebi | 17.02.2026

Ylenia Sieber joins Epic Fusion as Head of Marketing & Communication. She has built marketing and communications departments, repositioned brands, and helped companies become more visible and distinct. With her experience, she brings a strategic perspective on brand management that goes beyond traditional marketing measures and focuses on long-term impact.

In this interview, she discusses the strategic power of marketing, brand management in an increasingly technological world, and what she hopes to achieve at Epic Fusion – from clear positioning and sustainable visibility to a human-centered workplace of the future.

Ylenia, what is your role at Epic Fusion?

I am the Head of Marketing & Communication. My job is to clearly position and further develop the Epic Fusion brand and give it a strong, recognizable identity both internally and externally. For us, marketing shouldn’t just be visible – it should have a strategic impact and be built on a sustainable foundation.

What do you hope to achieve at Epic Fusion?

I want to further refine and clearly position the Epic Fusion brand. The goal is to build marketing strategically and sustainably and to create visibility where it truly makes an impact. Epic Fusion should be perceived for what it is: a forward-looking brand at the intersection of technology, innovation, and execution.

How do you envision the workplace of the future?

For me, the workplace of the future remains one thing above all else: human. People are at the heart of collaboration, culture, and success. I see technology, especially AI, as an enabler that supports, lightens the load, and creates new opportunities. But even as roles change, humanity remains the decisive factor for success.

From international Branding to Epic Fusion.

Prior to joining Epic Fusion, Ylenia was Marketing Director at Technomag, a company within the Swiss Automotive Group. There, she was responsible for all marketing and communications, implemented a comprehensive rebranding, managed several proprietary brands across Europe, and planned the market launch of a new brand. Her career path has taken her through various industries, both on the corporate and agency side, in B2B and B2C environments. An MBA and further training in customer experience, online marketing, and digital advertising shape her strategic perspective on modern brand management.

Marketing as a strategic Growth Driver.

For Ylenia, marketing is far more than communication or campaign work. It is about developing brands for the long term, building trust, and strategically strengthening organizations. Her approach follows a clear principle: Try and Learn. The courage to try new things and continuously develop creates space for innovation and sustainable progress.

With this perspective, she will further refine the Epic Fusion brand and drive its positioning as a modern, future-oriented organization at the intersection of technology, innovation, and people.

Ylenia, we are so glad you are with us. We look forward to working together on the future of the Epic Fusion brand.
