In this interview, she discusses the strategic power of marketing, brand management in an increasingly technological world, and what she hopes to achieve at Epic Fusion – from clear positioning and sustainable visibility to a human-centered workplace of the future.
I am the Head of Marketing & Communication. My job is to clearly position and further develop the Epic Fusion brand and give it a strong, recognizable identity both internally and externally. For us, marketing shouldn’t just be visible – it should have a strategic impact and be built on a sustainable foundation.
I want to further refine and clearly position the Epic Fusion brand. The goal is to build marketing strategically and sustainably and to create visibility where it truly makes an impact. Epic Fusion should be perceived for what it is: a forward-looking brand at the intersection of technology, innovation, and execution.
For me, the workplace of the future remains one thing above all else: human. People are at the heart of collaboration, culture, and success. I see technology, especially AI, as an enabler that supports, lightens the load, and creates new opportunities. But even as roles change, humanity remains the decisive factor for success.
