Perhaps she saw herself reflected in that very tagline when she chose Epic Fusion. After all, she’s currently embarking on quite a few new beginnings: a new job, a new country, a new degree program. Anyone who takes on so many new challenges in such a short time has to be curious. Or brave. Or both. In Charlot’s case, it’s one thing above all else: consistency.
Because when you ask Charlot about her superpower, the answer comes without hesitation: curiosity. This spirit runs through everything she does. She asks questions, listens, and seeks answers—whether with clients, at events, in her studies, or in everyday life. She believes in the principle of «just ask when you don’t know something»—and leads by example. Perhaps that’s exactly the best way to quickly get up to speed on new topics, industries, and companies. Or, to put it in Charlot’s words: «Most knowledge can be learned quickly—if you’re interested and get a little support.»
After several years in B2B key account management at a major logistics group, she wanted more. More creative freedom, more customer focus, more innovation. So she decided to pursue a master’s degree in Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HSLU—and at the same time make the switch to a new industry. Her goal: to improve customer experiences and build lasting relationships. Her style: approachable, efficient, empathetic. It quickly became clear that she’s a perfect fit for Epic Fusion.
When Charlot isn’t managing our accounts, she finds balance in nature—hiking, biking, or simply spending time by the water. And even though she can’t resist the snooze button in the morning (like many of us), she’s full of energy throughout the day. In any case, she’s really looking forward to this new chapter—settling into life in Switzerland, contributing her expertise at Epic Fusion, and learning lots of new things. Maybe at the end of this journey, she’ll even take that trip around the world she’s been dreaming of. Who knows.
